At Regal, Anshul helps portfolio companies attain payer readiness, negotiate contracts, and develop value-based payment models, alongside formulating GTM (go-to-market) strategies.

Anshul has 15+ years of managed care experience in Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial insurance improving health plan financial performance via payer contracting, network development, quality improvement and health plan operations. In his prior industry roles, Anshul built value-based delivery systems with participants aligned in risk-based reimbursement models, managed a payer network with $1B+ medical spending, and led risk-bearing provider’s PNL covering 250K+ Medicaid, Medicare, and Exchange lives. Before Regal, Anshul worked at Babylon, Kelsey Seybold, and Centene/ Wellcare. He started his US healthcare journey at EY’s Advisory Services. He holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a Bachelor of Engineering from Queens University, Canada.
