Blair is General Counsel at Regal Healthcare Capital Partners. Prior to joining Regal, Blair was Associate General Counsel at Summit Health CityMD. Blair received a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, and a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
