Justin is a CFO Operating Partner at Regal Healthcare Capital Partners. Prior to joining Regal, Justin was Chief Financial Officer of Lightfully Behavioral Health, a private equity–backed behavioral health provider. Previously, Justin was Chief Financial Officer of InnerChange, a Cressey & Company–backed residential behavioral health provider, where he helped lead the company through a successful exit. Earlier, Justin served as CFO of Upwell Health, a private equity–backed digital health company he scaled to $170 million in revenue. Justin received a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA with an accounting emphasis from Utah State University.
