Curt is a Tech/IT Strategist helping portfolio companies leverage technology to grow revenue, reduce operating expenses, manage security risk, and improve clinician and patient experience. One of Curt’s key focus areas is in evaluating and adopting industry leading AI technologies and advanced data analytics to accelerate portfolio companies value creation plans.

Curt has 30+ years of tech experience in multiple healthcare industry sectors. In prior roles, he led digital transformation initiatives at a Fortune 50 Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial Insurance Provider, doubled revenue at a National Home Care Provider leveraging technology to enable new home health service lines and built technology capabilities to stand up a new Infusion Nursing business in a National Specialty Pharmacy and Home Infusion provider.

Before Regal, Curt led a Technology Advisory Company providing Technology Strategy and Delivery Services for SMB healthcare clients.  He holds an MBA from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Computer Science from Purdue University.
